How We Work
A structured process designed for clarity and control
Our process is structured to ensure clarity, coordination, and control at every stage.
From brief and technical requirements through specification, supply, supervised installation, and aftercare, each step is managed with defined responsibility and disciplined execution.
01
Understanding the Brief
Scope, priorities, constraints, and technical requirements.
We begin by defining project scope, performance criteria, constraints, and timeline expectations. This ensures all stakeholders align on deliverables, budget parameters, and quality standards before design development begins.
02
Design & Specification
Layouts, materials, and systems aligned to project intent.
Design intent is translated into coordinated drawings, material schedules, and system specifications. All selections are documented with technical datasheets, installation requirements, and warranty terms to ensure fabrication accuracy and site readiness.
03
Supply & Coordination
Manufacturer coordination, schedules, and site readiness.
Approved systems are procured, lead times are managed, and delivery schedules align with site progress. Trade coordination ensures MEP rough-ins, structural preparations, and access requirements are confirmed before installation begins.
04
Installation
Supervised installation and on-site quality control.
Installation is supervised with quality control checkpoints, progress tracking, and immediate issue resolution. All work is documented photographically and dimensionally to ensure specification compliance and handover readiness.
05
Aftercare
Final checks, adjustments, and ongoing support.
Handover documentation includes system manuals, warranty certificates, and supplier contacts. Snag resolution is managed systematically, and ongoing support ensures long-term system performance and coordinated service response when required.
Our mission is simple: to remove the distance between exceptional design and real life. True luxury should be attainable, not intimidating.
